ToC Thinking Process Course a HUGE success in Chiba, Japan.

Over 20 students learned practical methods of conflict resolution using ToC Thinking process tools.  Student responses included "I had participated in a previous Thinking Process course organized by our company education department here in Japan but I really couldn't understand the basic idea.  I've even read books about this subject but still didn't understand the concept until participating in this class.  Now, I know how to resolve conflict and solve critical business problems with confidence!"
