Order Promising Everyone wants to know, "When will my order be completed?". When you accept an order, you have to be sure it can be done when you say it can. ManuSync order promising does both available to promise based on allocated inventory, and capable to promise based on available capacity. If you like, ManuSync can schedule the order automatically! Do you have a remote customer service and/or order promising function? They can't call the scheduler every time they need an answer. ManuSync's order promising module allows remote users to access the schedule and reserve capacity for customers, just like the airline reservation systems. If the order doesn't materialize, the reservation expires and the capacity becomes available for another customer. You choose how long the reservation lasts.
